Recovery of contact orders

Can someone help me...please...my ex is not letting me see our children. He isolated them for 9 months in 2006 and now is doing the same in 2008. Now he claims I am violent but doesn't get AVO for children. I am a good mum and am powerless to enforce the court orders. I have a contravention hearing on 01/12/08 but want to put an application in a case to move case from FMC to family court..What do you think? Also is this RCO available yet? I am desparate!
